Mini IDer

The new MINI Ider has all the features of the old “Pic of an Ider” first introduced in the QST article in January 1998. Rather than using assembly language as in the first Ider the Mini Ider’s program was written in C. The Mini Ider also incorporates the newer MicroChip technology all contained in a smaller package 12F629.

Have a small foot print lends itself to application such as beacon, repeater , foxhunt and any project where small size and low power are a consideration.

Features include:

05 to 20 WPM

0000 to 9999 second timer (from 0 to 2.77 hrs)

Message length 127 characters (A-Z, 0-9, SPACE, SK, AR, BT, ‘@’ , ‘/’ , ‘.’ , ‘?’ )

Logic Level input monitors Carrier Activated Squelch (CAS)

Logic Level output for Transmitter activation (PPT)

Audio Side Tone Output (1k hz.Tone)

Timer Active LED

Input voltage 8-32vdc @ 12ma.
